Corrected End Date for Current Positions in Work History

We fixed an issue where current positions in the Work History tab were assigned an incorrect end date, the first day of the month the resume was parsed, instead of remaining open-ended. Now, current positions parse without an end date, accurately reflecting that the candidate is still in the role.
